1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Abdul Wahab Junaid ("awjunaid," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent.
2. Definitions

- "Membership" refers to any paid subscription plan (Analyst, Operator, Architect) that provides access to exclusive content, toolkits, and community features.
- "User Content" means any content you submit, post, or share on the Site or associated community platforms.
- "Open Source Tools" refers to publicly available security tools hosted on GitHub under open-source licenses (MIT, GPL, etc.).
3. Services & Membership
awjunaid provides cybersecurity research, educational content, open-source security tools, and paid membership programs. Membership tiers grant access to:
- Exclusive security toolkits and exploit research
- Private community channels (Discord, Slack)
- Live workshops, masterclasses, and Q&A sessions
- Early access to vulnerability research and CVE analysis
- 1:1 mentorship for Architect tier members
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice to active members.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content on awjunaid.com, excluding open-source tools, is the intellectual property of Abdul Wahab Junaid and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Open Source Tools: Security tools released on GitHub are subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, GPLv3, etc.). You may use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with those licenses.
User Content: By submitting content to our community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Using our security tools or research for malicious purposes, including unauthorized penetration testing or cyber attacks
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or our staff

- Sharing membership credentials or circumventing access controls
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any proprietary software
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
6. Membership & Payment Terms
Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly or annually (depending on plan) in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment information on our servers.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our content and tools, all membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For annual plans, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Content Accuracy & Educational Purpose
Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Security research, tools, and techniques are intended for ethical use in authorized environments. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before testing any systems.
While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or currency of our content. Security landscapes evolve rapidly, and techniques described may become outdated or ineffective.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective agreements.
9. Disclaimers
AS-IS BASIS: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Professional Advice: Content does not constitute professional security, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.
Technical Issues: We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all potential attacks.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AWJUNAID AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these provisions may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless awjunaid and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and membership fees are non-refundable.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
